WORK WITH PANTOMONIUM

SUMMER WORKSHOPS

• Summer Program Coordinator
Coordinates summer workshop schedule. Supervises 2 workshop leaders. Leads workshops as necessary. Liaises with partner organization(s). Tracks budget. Reports to Creative Director. Largely a seasonal commitment.

• Summer Workshop Leaders (2)
Leads bi-weekly drama and/or visual arts workshops for 12 weeks in the summer. Must have classroom or therapeutic experience with adolescents. Reports to Summer program coordinator. Largely a seasonal commitment (summer week days).

SPECIAL PROJECTS

• Cast Recording Coordinator
Coordinates cast recording sessions. Coordinates duplication and distribution of cast recordings. Reports to PSM. Largely a seasonal commitment.

• Special Performance Coordinator (e.g. Blue Panto, Panto in Schools, etc.)
Coordinates special performances including venue, marketing, scheduling and budgets. Reports to Creative Director. Year-round commitment.

SHOW PRODUCTION

• Lighting Director
Designs and implements lighting plan for seasonal performances and special projects. Reports to Production Director. Largely a seasonal commitment.

• Costumers (3)
Designs and fabricates costume and prop items. Sewing/textile arts experience a plus. Reports to Costume Designer. Largely a seasonal commitment.

• Wardrobe (1)
Maintains costumes during the production, including making any repairs and alterations. Responsible for cleaning and laundering costumes between runs. Seasonal commitment for the three weeks of the show.

• Understudies (2)
Understudies are responsible for learning the show to the extent that they can substitute for a regular cast member. Versatility and ability to memorize are essential. Largely a seasonal commitment (16 performances, app. 6 rehearsals). Reports to the Theatrical Director.

• Lead Usher
Responsible for safety and enjoyment of public attending performances. Flexibility and good interpersonal skills a must. Schedules and supervises 3-5 Shift Ushers. Reports to House Manager. Largely a seasonal commitment (16 performances).

• Shift Ushers
Responsible for safety and enjoyment of public attending performances. Flexibility and good interpersonal skills a must. Reports to Lead Usher. Largely a seasonal commitment (up to16 performances).

• Assistant Stage Manager
Responsible for coordinating aspects of the production and assisting the Production Stage Manager as needed with scheduling, calls, cast reimbursements, catering, transportation, etc. Reports to the PSM. Largely a seasonal commitment (pre-production meetings, 60 days of biweekly rehearsals, 16 performances). Production experience preferred.

MARKETING

• Web Content Editor
Responsible for creating content for bi-monthly text/image updates to the web site. Reports to the Marketing Director. Year-round commitment.

• Web Designer/Coder/Tech
Responsible for coding and uploading bi-weekly text/image updates to the web site. Reports to the Marketing Director. Year-round commitment.

• Mail/Email List manager
Responsible for maintaining email and mailing lists. Generates filtered lists for various marketing initiatives. Knowledge of Excel and email tools (e.g.Constant Contact) a must. Reports to the Marketing Director. Year-round commitment.

• Show Program Editor
Gathers and edits content for show program including run of show, credits, cast bios, sponsor logos, etc. Reports to the PSM. Largely a seasonal commitment (Fall).

• Social Media Manager/Content Coordinator
Responsible for creating social media content and maintaining social media channels. Reports to the Marketing Director. Year-round weekly commitment.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS

• Meeting Coordinator
Coordinates all meetings and social gatherings. Responsible for scheduling, venue coordination, company notifications, RSVP’s, catering, presentations, etc. Reports to the Marketing Director. Year-round commitment (approx. 8 events).

• Email Newsletter Coordinator (Editor/Design/Tech)
Responsible for creating content and publishing company e-newsletter. Reports to the Marketing Director. Year-round quarterly commitment.

• Internal List Manager
Responsible for maintaining company contact information (present company and alumni). Generates filtered lists for various company initiatives. Knowledge of Excel. Reports to the PSM. Year-round commitment.

COMMUNITY RELATIONS

• Community Representative
Responsible for managing relationships with partner organizations. Interpersonal skills a must. Social work, community organization or education experience a plus. Must be able to visit up to 15 organization sites in early Fall. Reports to Community Outreach Director.

HUMAN RESOURCES

• Recruiter
Sources and recruits qualified candidates for open positions. Extensive knowledge of company functioning and culture a must. Year-round commitment. Reports to HR Director.

• Policy & Training Coordinator
Updates Company Handbook and trains all members on company policies and procedures, including reimbursement, attendance, work rules, non-discrimination, safety, etc. Reports to HR Director. Largely a seasonal commitment.

• Ombusdman
Serves as a liaison between all individuals and departments for the purpose of resolving conflicts, identifying company members’ concerns and wishes, and improving working relationships throughout the company. Interpersonal skills a must. Year-round commitment. Reports to HR Director.

ARCHIVES

• Archive Coordinator
Maintains archives of all material generated by the company including video/audio recordings, photographs, printed material, scripts, show memorabilia and corporate records. Researches and gathers materials for various projects. Year-round commitment. Reports to the Archive Director.

• Videographer
Makes video recordings of seasonal performances, company functions and special performances. Largely a seasonal commitment. Videography experience a must. Access to equipment a plus. Reports to the Archive Director.

• Video Editor
Edits video recordings of seasonal performances and special projects. Produces performance and publicity videos. Largely a seasonal commitment (2-3 projects per year). Video editing experience a must. Access to equipment a plus. Reports to the Archive Director.

• Still Photographer
Photographs seasonal performances, company functions and special performances. Largely a seasonal commitment. Photography experience a must. Access to equipment a plus. Reports to the Archive Director.

FINANCE

• Finance Administration Assistant
Gathers and organizes company financial documentation (reimbursements, receipts, statements. etc.) Publishes donor thank-you letters. Largely a seasonal commitment. Reports to the Finance Director.

• CPA
Reviews company books and recommends adjustments as needed. Responsible for tax and Charities Bureau reporting. Consults on policy issues. Non-profit experience a plus. Largely a seasonal commitment. Reports to the Finance Director.

DEVELOPMENT

• Event Planner
Coordinates all fundraising events. Responsible for scheduling, venue coordination, company notifications, RSVP’s, catering, presentations, etc. Reports to the Development Director. Largely a seasonal (approx. 2 events).

• Grant Researcher/Writers (2)
Responsible for identifying potential funders and preparing appropriate grant proposals. Reports to the Development Director. A year-round commitment.

• Donor Relationship Manager
Manages relationships with individual donors through list management, email/mail communication, affinity programs, etc. Liaises in-person with representatives of institutional funders and prominent individual donors. Reports to the Development Director. A year-round commitment.
